If Team Teasdale believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any Service, it may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular Internet domain, mail server or IP address. Team Teasdale may immediately terminate any Service which it determines, in its sole discretion at any time.
Any buyers who have signed an exclusive Buyer Brokers Agreement with other brokerages are not permitted to join our Early Bird Club. Buyers who have signed with an agent are in violation of their signed agreement by requesting the assistance of another Realtor in Utah County. Our free seller's CMA request does not include tax assessment re-evaluations. The county provides a free service to help people re-evaluate their taxed value. Please contact the Utah County Assessors Office directly. If you would like Team Teasdale's professional broker's price opinion about your value to help you petition the County, we charge $300 to visit your property and prepare a proper statement for the County Assessors Office. This is an estimate only and not an appraisal. This is payable to our real estate brokerage. Our free seller's CMA service is free to those genuinely considering selling their homes. Team Teasdale Realty does not spam. We respect your privacy. If you request to join our Early Bird Club, you will be sent an email welcoming you to the service and asking your permission to send you automated lists of homes, per your request. This service will be terminated at any time you request by simply clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of any email. Your account will then be permanently deleted from our system.
